These terms apply to your use of the Sarah Stoute Bespoke online store and to any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our pieces

Every Sarah Stoute piece is designed and handmade in Christchurch, New Zealand. Because our veils and keepsakes are handmade — and many are made to order — small natural variations make each one unique. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen to the finished piece.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and to decline or cancel an order where necessary.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. We may contact you if we need any further details to complete your order.

Made-to-order pieces

Our veils are crafted to your chosen length and specifications especially for you. Please choose carefully — made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text and branding on this site are owned by Sarah Stoute Bespoke and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
