Shipping
- We ship via tracked courier across New Zealand and to Australia.
- Complimentary shipping on all orders — each piece is carefully packaged and gift-ready.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Processing & timing
- In-stock pieces (such as the Bridal Emergency Box) are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order veils are handcrafted especially for you — please allow approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
- Have a wedding date in mind? Let us know and we will do everything we can to have your piece ready in good time.
Returns — change of mind
We want you to feel completely confident in your order. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that made-to-order veils, personalised pieces and curated boxes cannot be returned for change of mind, as they are created especially for you.
Faulty or incorrect items
Your purchase is protected by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If your item arrives faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us straight away and we will arrange a remedy — a refund, repair or replacement — at no cost to you, including return shipping.
